Open Bible Baptist Medical Clinic & Pharmacy
We have a licensed medical clinic and pharmacy for low-income, uninsured adults in El Paso county. We staff the clinic with volunteer Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Medical Support, Counselors, Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Techs. We also need non-certified volunteers to help with Reception and Patient Eligibility. We are always in need of new volunteers! In His Name Food Pantry
Our food pantry is on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 12 - 2 pm. We need volunteers to help with set up and tear down, as well as distribute food and pray with people who pass by.
First Impression Team
Our First Impression Team helps visitors to the church feel welcome. Members of the First Impression team volunteer as greeters, ushers, security, and baristas at our coffee bar.
Missions: Local and Abroad
Here at OBBC, we believe the world needs to be reached with the Gospel! We hold several missions trips each year and encourage every member to either go or give towards the work of missions. Praise Team
Praise and Worship at Open Bible Baptist are more than music and singing during service. Worship is recognizing who God is and blessing His name. The Praise and Worship team leads us in encountering God’s presence through song, instruments, and teaching. If you are a musician or singer, we can use your gifts as a member of the Open Bible Baptist Praise and Worship Team
Children’s Ministry & Youth Ministry
We are always in search of volunteers to work with our kids! If you love children or teenagers, consider becoming a helper or teacher in our Children’s and Youth programs.
You must be willing to undergo a background check before volunteering in this area
Prayer for Prisoners
Even in a dark season of life, you deserve to know God loves you. Prayer for Prisoners receives prayer requests from inmates and dedicates times of intercession for them. Our volunteers also send the inmates letters and Christmas cards each year
Connect Team
Many people give their lives to Christ, but then have no idea where to go from there. Our Connect Team is designed to help with this! These volunteers mentor new Christians and walk alongside them as they grow in their faith. If you are a strong believer who likes to mentor others, consider signing up for the Connect Team
Church Office
We have a committed team of staff who work behind the scenes to ensure the church can function smoothly. But we love it when volunteers stop by to help out!
We are looking for volunteers to help with filing, making copies, organizing and cleaning the church, and basic maintenance projects on the building.
Spanish Translation
If you are fluent in Spanish and English, we need you! We welcome translators to help with live translations in worship services, to teach in our Spanish Bible studies, and to translate the many publications our office staff produce.
